Shipping policy:

Free USPS Priority shipping on all orders. 
Domestic orders only.  No international orders.

Delivery time:
2-7 days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Shipping days are M-F, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments will be returned to Cynthia Stang Skincare and assessed a $15.00 non-delivery fee.  The non-delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

 
Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through this website, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.  If returning an item, you must return it with all parts and pieces and a copy of the original invoice, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please allow up to two weeks for the return or exchange to be processed.
